Order preparation times: We ship your orders within 7 business days from payment confirmation. Delivery times vary from 1 to 3 business days, depending on the destination. Courier used: SDA to guarantee fast and secure delivery. Shipping costs: Italy: free shipping for orders over €139. For smaller orders: fixed cost of €6. In Sicily, orders are delivered in one business day. Order tracking: As soon as your package is handed over to the courier, you will receive an email with the tracking code to follow it every step of the way.
Returns and Refunds
Returns are not available for personalized products; we remain available to find an agreement. You can send an email to lassopra72@gmail.com Have you received a product and want to return it? No problem! Return Period: You have up to 14 days from receipt to request a return, as provided by the Right of Withdrawal (Legislative Decree 206/2005). Return Conditions: The product must be intact, unused, and in its original packaging. Returns of damaged, used, or unpackaged items will not be accepted. How to Make a Return: Send an email to lassopra72@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will respond within 24 hours with shipping instructions. Ship the product to our address: Lassopra via Como 315A - Vittoria (RG) 97019. Alternatively, we can arrange a courier pickup at your home for a fee of €5. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the error is attributable to us.)
